Boat exhibitors will be able to register in April, just as soon as we solve a few last conversion issues!

We are accepting vendor applications now!

Exhibitors include boats, maritime non-profits, authors, food vendors, government agencies, educators and businesses whose products or services are relevant to boaters. New exhibitor applications are reviewed by the Festival Committee and usually notified within a week.

Applications, deadlines and general information

Education is our core mission, so all exhibitors are expected and should be prepared for a public that is both curious and experienced with wooden boats. Tell your stories, share your experience, teach as well as sell.

Boat exhibitors are encouraged to share photos and stories throughout the weekend. Businesses and other exhibitors are encouraged to create displays specific to wooden boat and ocean-loving audiences. All exhibitors are welcome to present demonstrations on one of our stages or ongoing at your booth. If you've got an idea and want to schedule a presentation, contact the festival director (festival@woodenboat.org).
